HIV/STD/VH Prevention Program
The mission of the CHCC HIV/STD Resource and Treatment Center is to provide services that reduce the further transmission of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) including Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and to increase the quality of care among those already infected through education, prevention services, and referral system to medical and social services.

Monday-Friday: 07:30am - 04:30pm

Anyone seeking treatment and assistance with HIV/STD's

NONE; All services are strictly confidential

Low to no cost HIV/STD counseling and testing (confidential)

HIV/STD outreach and education, including presentations at schools and community organizations

Condoms are available at no charge, no questions asked at our front desk
