CHCC - Pneumococcal Vaccine

Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV): refers to any illness caused by pneumococcal bacteria. These bacteria can cause many types of illnesses, including pneumonia, which is an infection of the lungs. There are three pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCV13, PCV15, and PCV20). The different vaccines are recommended for different people based on age and medical status.

Hours:

Monday-Saturday: 07:30am - 04:30pm

Eligibility:

4 doses: 6 weeks, 4 months, 6 months and 15 months

Fees:

Vaccines available at no-cost to individuals who are Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured or insured.
